I specialize in helping people address chronic symptoms, with a focus on real-food nutrition, detoxification, the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of dis-ease, and natural living.
2. How can I book a session?
You can easily book a session directly through my website. I offer a set schedule, and all appointments are available for online booking. Once you’ve found a time that works for you, simply reserve your spot.
3. What are your prices, and do you offer any discounts?
I offer set prices for each service, which are listed online. However, I am committed to making my services accessible to everyone, so I can offer sliding-scale pricing for those who may be facing financial challenges. Additionally, I offer payment plans—please feel free to contact me directly to make arrangements or discuss your options.
4. How flexible are the sessions?
Sessions can be conducted in various formats to accommodate your preferences:

The initial intake session typically lasts 60-minutes, while follow-up sessions can be scheduled for 15-minutes, 30-minutes, or 60-minutes, depending on your needs. For the first session, please be sure to complete the comprehensive client intake form and food diary, which should be submitted at least 1 week prior to your session. Between sessions, I may ask you to keep a food diary, use checklists, or make notes to track your progress.
5. What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, I kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice incur a fee of $25. For cancellations with less than 1 hour notice, 50% of the session fee will be charged. There are no refunds for services rendered.
6. How soon will I see results?
Every body is different, and results will vary depending on your unique circumstances. However, many clients begin to notice improvements within 3 weeks to 3 months of implementing the recommended dietary and lifestyle changes. Keep in mind that sustainable results take time, and this process is based on building lasting habits for long-term health.
7. What qualifications do you have?
I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), I earned a Natural Nutrition Diploma with Certificate of Merit from the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition in 2012.
